All Inclusive Coordination

If you're not familiar with the ins and outs of wedding planning, an all-inclusive coordination package can provide you with the expertise of a professional vendor list and can guide you through the process ensuring that no important details are overlooked.

Starts a minimum of 8 months out from wedding day.

  • Creating a timeline to coordinate all of your vendors

  • 1-2 assistants for day of depending on wedding size

  • Creating floor plans for both your ceremony & reception

  • Ironing out any last minute details with you (reading through contracts, etc.)

  • 4 scheduled sit down meeting (in addition to the initial consultation) where I can answer all of your questions, offer recommendations for vendors you have not yet booked, offer tips & ideas for design, & anything else you need advice on. (This meeting can take place at any time during your planning process & does not need to be done within the 6-week window leading up to your wedding day.)

  • Up to 1 hour rehearsal run through

  • Day-of coordination (ceremony & reception)

  • Emergency kit for day of needs

  • Help with setup & breakdown

  • Unlimited planner access via phone, e-mail & in-person meetings during the entire planning process

  • Create & manage wedding budget

  • Assist in all design concepts & color palette

  • Assist in ordering & creating save-the-dates, invitations & all printed material
