Month-of Coordination

This package is perfect if you need someone to help you coordinate everything you have planned/booked & to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly.

Begins 6 weeks out from your wedding day.

Creating a timeline to coordinate all of your vendors
1-2 assistants for day of depending on wedding size
Creating floor plans for both your ceremony & reception
Ironing out any last minute details with you, (Reading through contracts, etc.)
A scheduled sit down meeting (in addition to the initial consultation) where I can answer all of your questions, offer recommendations for vendors you have not yet booked, offer tips and ideas for design, & anything else you need advice on. (This meeting can take place at any time during your planning process & does not need to be done within the 6-week window leading up to your wedding day.)
Up to 1 hour rehearsal run through
Day-of coordination (ceremony & reception)
Emergency kit for day of needs
Help with setup & breakdown
